The diamonds used here are taller and domed than regular rose cuts, and the fine cut creates an elegant sparkle depending on how the light hits it.

[About initial defects]
We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please be sure to contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the product.
Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective part and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.
Please do not discard the boxes or other packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective.
We will respond as quickly as possible, but depending on the stock situation, we may not be able to exchange the item immediately (as we mainly deal with one-of-a-kind items, please note that if we are unable to exchange the item, we may offer a similar product or provide a refund.
In the case of a return due to a defective product, we will promptly refund the amount to your designated account.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered
Please contact the delivery company office listed on the delivery slip directly within five days.
Please be sure to collect any products that we send to you as it is your responsibility.
If you do not collect your parcel within the storage period, it will be returned to our shop.
Please note that we will charge you the necessary expenses for this (round-trip shipping fee (an amount different from the shipping fee listed on the product page) + agency fee + labor cost + packaging material fee, etc.).
If an order is placed using fictitious or other people's personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) without permission.
