Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
When you receive the product, please check to see if it is different from your order or if any items are missing.
[About initial defects]
We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please be sure to contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the product.
Please attach a photo of the damaged or defective part and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.
Please do not discard the boxes or other packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective.
We will respond as quickly as possible, but depending on the stock situation, we may not be able to exchange the item immediately (as we mainly deal with one-of-a-kind items, please note that if we are unable to exchange the item, we may offer a similar item or provide a refund.
In the case of a return due to a defective product, we will promptly refund the amount to your designated account.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 4 days from the date of delivery.
[Cancellation, return, and exchange due to customer convenience]
Please note that due to the nature of our purchasing service, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for reasons of the customer (except for initial defects or incorrect delivery) after the product has been shipped.
"Cooling off" is a system that applies to door-to-door sales.
The cooling-off period is not required to apply to mail order sales.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to our online shopping service, as it is a mail-order service accessed by customers.
[Regarding long-term absence or refusal to receive the item]
If you are not at home when the product is delivered
Please contact the delivery company office listed on the delivery slip directly within five days.
Please be sure to collect any products that we send to you as it is your responsibility.
If you do not collect your parcel within the storage period, it will be returned to our shop.
Please note that we will charge you the necessary expenses for this (round-trip shipping fee (an amount different from the shipping fee listed on the product page) + agency fee + labor cost + packaging material fee, etc.).
If an order is placed using fictitious or other people's personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) without permission.
This also applies to any other actions that cause nuisance or damage.
If any of the above malicious behavior causes inconvenience or damage to our store or many honest customers, we will immediately file a complaint with the police, and the police will request disclosure of information from the provider, or we will file an application for a provisional injunction for disclosure with the court and enforce the disclosure order, identify the person making the prank order, and claim damages.
